This is a meditation, movement and guided journaling session. We will through a carefully designed sequence of breathing and asana still the fluctuations of the mind. We will then use a guided journaling process to come to a clear intention for the academic year ahead. This workshop is ideal for mothers and women who are keen to reflect on the summer past and move intentionally with clarity into the coming months.
We have small intimate yoga classes pretty much daily at either 8am (in the courtyard) or 5pm (on the roof) If you wish to attend class in the coming days please message us on 94215946. We schedule our daily classes around our inhouse guests so it is not always possible to tell more than a week in advance which of the timeslots we will teach in.
