CLASSES

We will be open Tuesday - Saturday during Ramadan.

Daily Classes

  • 4:30pm | Stretch, Move, Breathe - Utilise asana and breath to unwind and calm down your body and mind in this gentle sequence.

  • 8pm | Flow + Meditate - A more vigorous flow to move that post-iftar energy and finish with a meditation to wind down for the night.

Other Classes

  • Every Tuesday 5pm | Twilight Paddle - Join us on the SUP (stand-up paddleboard) and take in some stunning ocean views and tranquility on the ocean.

  • Thursday 14 & 28 March 8pm | Candlelit Clay Therapy - Create, connect and express through the power of art on our seaside rooftop surrounded by candles.

  • Thursday 21 March & 4 April 8pm | Yoga Oud - Let the music move you in this mediative flow pairing movement and breath accompanied by traditional live Oud.

  • Tuesday 2 April 6pm | Sunset Clay Therapy - Create, connect and express through the power of art on our seaside rooftop as the sun goes down.
